This series of classes will teach you a combination of Swedish and
Indian Massage techniques, benefits for infants as well as parents,
touch relaxations, cues of distress, aromatherapy suggestions, and
some Reflexology techniques. Specific strokes are shown to help
parents effectively help with relief of colic, gas, congestion and
teething. Songs are used to help sooth and relax your baby.
